Graduate Account Exec or Account Manager | Brand Analytics
Salary | £22,500 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Account Executive or experienced Account Exec/Manager to join a respected market research agency specialising in brand & promotional investment. This role is purely Account/Client Management focused (NO new business development i.e. cold calling!), and you’ll be managing (or helping to lead in the case of Graduate Account Exec) many of the agency’s large clients across the globe! This is a very exciting career development position because the team has recently added many global accounts to their portfolio, and embarked on a truly ambitious growth strategy. The work is very varied, and one day you might be talking on the phone and consulting a colleague in Milan, and another week you could be presenting to end clients in Portugal or Dubai. The company offers an agile environment with flexibility to work from various locations, including your home. This role will suit either a passionate, client-focused Graduate Account Executive or Account Manager who loves developing current & new business accounts but doesn't shy away from data analysis (60% of the role will be account management, and 40% will comprise analysing data, reporting & preparing insightful presentations). Ideally, the graduate level candidate has some work experience of managing accounts/customers, and account managers would have worked in market research, data-based services or retail analytics. A successful candidate will be able to run projects from inception to sale/delivery to clients. You’ll be enjoying learning new aspects of the role to help your accounts deliver competitive advantage through a powerful and responsive brand strategy (price, place, and promotion). Ability to understand and analyse large data sets is essential to succeed in this role.
