THE ROLE & COMPANY | A fantastic graduate role for a numerical Graduate Research Executive with knowledge of SPSS (ideal but not essential) and Excel (required), and passion for developing their analytical and client facing skills. You will support a close-knit team of Researchers in a medium size agency to successfully execute exciting research projects from inception to delivery. You will use mainly primary market research data to provide quant analysis that will support the wider research team in delivering smart, actionable insight to their clients. The role will appeal to Graduates with the desire to learn about and get experience in all elements of research design and execution. It's a great position, with a mixture of ad hoc and continuous projects, exposing an ideal candidate to working with staff from across the company. ABOUT YOU | You have a good degree from a reputable University (2:1 is a minimum, 1st Class will help you to stand out from other candidates). Preferably, you studied a numerical or statistics/analysis driven degree subject (i.e. statistics, geography or psychology) but we will also consider numerically-led candidates with another degree. An internship in a market research agency or business intelligence company will be highly desirable. You have excellent analytical skills and aptitude to handle significant amounts of data. You love giving presentations and interacting with blue-chip clients. You always strive to be the best in whatever you do and regularly deliver outstanding results. Apart from an analytical mind, you possess great IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). This role will only suit candidates who genuinely want to work in a medium-size market research agency and can clearly and enthusiastically explain why they want to develop their career in the research industry.
