THE ROLE & COMPANY | This is a graduate opportunity that will allow you to enter a fantastic market research house and learn the ropes quickly! You will be working in an international and stimulating environment and given a lot of responsibility from day one.  The agency offers an excellent starting salary including bonus and a defined career progression path. This research firm is located in a bustling Surrey town; circa 20 minutes train journey from London (Clapham Junction and Waterloo stations). You'll be working with the most influential brands in the UK today! 

ABOUT YOU | You have a good degree from a reputable University (2:1 is a minimum, 1st Class will help you to stand out from other candidates). Preferably we would like you to have studied a numerical or statistics/analysis driven degree subject (i.e. statistics, geography or psychology). This should be coupled with some commercial work experience involving dealing with retail clients.  A summer internship at a market research agency or business intelligence company will be highly desirable. A successful candidate will have well-honed quantitative research skills and a natural ability to tell a story from a large set of data/numbers. You love giving presentations and interacting with clients (fantastic client skills are a MUST). You are hungry to develop your knowledge and learn new skills in the market research environment. You always strive to be the best in whatever you do and regularly deliver outstanding results. Apart from the analytical mind, you possess excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and aptitude to learn new in-house packages). This role will only suit candidates who genuinely want to work in Quantitative market research and can clearly and enthusiastically explain why they want to develop their career in this industry.
