Quant Research Manager or AD | Brand Insight
Salary | £40,000 - £55,000 + (depending on experience) + bonus

THE ROLE & COMPANY | This is a perfect position for a Quant RM/AD who wants to thrive in an entrepreneurial, qual-led environment at a funky, collaborative office (Friday’s choccies/free breakfast and noisy qualies are allowed!). You’ll be happy to work on ad-hoc projects with an impressive client list (they don’t do any tracking!) with the nicest (no exaggeration!), most commercially-minded, smartest and funniest bunch of people. Everyone at the office is truly pro-active and contributes to writing blogs, populating social media, speaking at Conferences, and entering papers for awards (and receiving these on stage too!). The agency’s insight team is supported by an in-house design crew to deliver engaging outputs for clients. Career development is taken very seriously over there, and people get promoted when they’re ready – they don’t hold anyone back ‘just because’.
ABOUT YOU | You are excited about joining a mid-size brand insight consultancy & working closely with qualies, strategy & innovation and design folk! An ideal candidate is experienced in writing creative but rigorous questionnaires and is self-reliant when it comes to working on larger, strategic and thought leadership style projects. You consider yourself an innovative and creative thinker who can collaborate on challenging briefs and is loved by clients! An ideal RM or AD is confident in analysis and reporting (including working on combining qual and quant stories) and writing winning debriefs. You pride yourself on delivering engaging presentations and building enduring client relationships. Interest and experience in qual will be desirable but not essential.
