ABOUT YOU | The role requires someone who IDEALLY is confident when it comes working with panels and community research; and has a proven track record of doing so. However, we will consider an well-rounded quant researcher at AD/RD level without specific panels/communities experience! You most likely have some practical knowledge and experience of digital research, including panel & communities-led insight and are well-versed in quantitative methodologies. You understand, and are fluent in the language of both: quant & qual (quant is essential) and have led a team researchers to write and deliver debriefs across a wide range of clients and sectors including tech, finance, media, retail/service & FMCG. Culturally you're a strategic and creative thinker (you'll need to slot easily into the agency's current vibrant & friendly culture). Over the next few years, the company envisages that the role will firmly sit at the heart of agency's growth plans, so an ideal candidate will be willing to lead from the front and manage the team of bright researchers!
