THE ROLE & COMPANY | An Advanced Analytics Research Manager / AD level role for a numerical and statistically-minded Senior Research Analyst with excellent knowledge of Excel, SPSS and advanced statistical techniques (i.e. conjoint, decision trees, Bayesian modelling, Max-Diff, etc.). This is a client-facing role & one where you'll have a CONSULTANT's position, assisting translating analytics into actionable business insight. No day is the same in this fast-paced, growing and dynamic boutique research agency and you will learn from the best Marketing Science & Analytics experts in the industry. You will use mainly primary market research data to provide analysis that will support the wider research team in delivering smart, actionable insight to their clients. You will be expected to support the agency teams with proposal writing, attending pitches and training the project teams to differentiate between varied, complex methods, interpret and explain these to clients.
ABOUT YOU | As this is an advanced data analysis/methods driven position, we are looking for a relevant statistical/numerical degree (i.e. Psychology, Geography, Economics, Quantitative Research Methods, etc.) with strong Excel (vlookups, offset, countifs, sumproducts essential) and SPSS skills (running statistical apps). The experience of using advanced statistical techniques (e.g. Conjoint, correlation, brand mapping, regression, statistical data modelling, etc.) and knowledge of different research methodologies are essential. You will fit beautifully with the rest of the team if you are numerate, highly organised, rigorous, collaborative, confident and a quick learner. The ability to think beyond the research and deliver key insights, passion for challenges as well as excellent analytical skills/ability to interpret the numbers are essential qualities you need to demonstrate.
